We work with you to design and refine your desk and floor plans, and develop a detailed relocation plan ahead of your move date. The project is supported by expert off and on-site project managers who will guarantee the relocation is carried out to high standards.

We provide all the specialist packaging to protect your equipment, and we transport it in special spec computer transport vehicles with extensive security options. We also have an comprehensive Goods-in-Transit insurance policy to provide added piece of mind.

Alongside the relocation itself, we can also support the decommission of any redundant equipment, and warehouse and prepare new equipment for delivery to site.

    Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

    HOW WILL YOU PACK OUR EQUIPMENT?

    Sunspeed’s experienced team of in-house engineers are experts in how best to pack and relocate sensitive IT / technical equipment. They will manage the movement of your high value IT assets using our custom-built anti-static flight cases alongside personal IT crates which are great for IT peripherals. Monitors and PC’s are carefully packed using anti-static bubble-wrap before being loaded into our flight cases.

    WILL OUR EQUIPMENT BE INSURED?

    As standard, Sunspeed offers Freight Liability Insurance based on the RHA 2009 Terms & Conditions at GBP 1,300 per tonne. If increased cover is required, Sunspeed is able to provide All Risk Goods in Transit Insurance. Our Goods in Transit Insurance is one of the most comprehensive policies on the market. We are able to provide Goods in Transit insurance cover with no single item limits.
