    Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

    HOW DO YOU MINIMISE PHYSICAL RISKS TO OUR EQUIPMENT?
    • Specialist packaging incl. flight cases.
    • Protective flooring and spreader plates.
    • Server lifters & stair walkers.
    • An experienced team of in-house engineers who are familiar with how best to pack and relocate sensitive IT / technical equipment.
    • Best practice approach – i.e. 2 x engineers for de/re racking.
    WILL OUR EQUIPMENT BE INSURED?

    As standard, Sunspeed offers Freight Liability Insurance based on the RHA 2009 Terms & Conditions at GBP 1,300 per tonne. If increased cover is required, Sunspeed is able to provide All Risk Goods in Transit Insurance. Our Goods in Transit Insurance is one of the most comprehensive policies on the market. We are able to provide Goods in Transit insurance cover with no single item limits.
