Safe and Secure – At Sunspeed your valuable technical equipment is moved securely by engineers who are experienced in sensitive technical systems, understand the need for and provide protective packaging, and use vehicles with air-ride suspension and multi-level security features.  All operating personnel are Security Cleared , and strict security protocols and processes are enforced in line with industry best practice to ensure the safe transportation of your IT equipment.

Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

If you just need us to relocate equipment from A to B safely then no problem.

Equally, if you’d like us to run the whole project from ‘end to end’ then we are here to help. We are a physical IT solutions company and with a dedicated project manager can complete all IT Engineering (from infrastructure audit and deracking to cable refresh and equipment installation) and IT Relocation services in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

• Cargo areas are locked by additional deadlocks.
• All vehicles have GPS tracking, with client log in via portal.
• All vehicles have panic buttons which can be programmed to notify stakeholders as required.
• Large vehicles fitted with air ride suspension.
• Large vehicles fitted with full closure platform tail lifts.

As standard, Sunspeed offers Freight Liability Insurance based on the RHA 2009 Terms & Conditions at GBP 1,300 per tonne. If increased cover is required, Sunspeed is able to provide All Risk Goods in Transit Insurance. Our Goods in Transit Insurance is one of the most comprehensive policies on the market. We are able to provide Goods in Transit insurance cover with no single item limits.
