All operating personnel are Security Cleared , and strict security protocols and processes are enforced to ensure your project is delivered not just safely but easier, quicker and cheaper.

Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

We have a number of processes and ‘ways of working’ to mitigate and design-out risk. If you are concerned about down-time then it’s best to schedule the cable-trace audit for outside normal working hours. Our engineers will always communicate at the start and end of on-site auditing works and so we will check with you before leaving site to ensure all systems are unaffected and running as expected.

We will consolidate all data into a single ‘golden source’ excel document which we refer to as an ‘infrastructure planner’. You will get a full hardware schedule as well as patching schedule which details how equipment is connected incl. any cable hops. We will also visualise this data by creating a ‘rack plan’. There are lots of tools out there however we select Excel because it’s a piece of software that most companies have and know how to use.

Yes. Every project we deliver is aligned to a dedicated project manager. Our project manager will work with you and our engineers to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.
