    Safe and Secure – At Sunspeed, we can coordinate and manage all your specialist shipping requirements, ensuring your equipment is delivered safely and securely, on-time and on budget to its final destination, including advising and managing the customs process for international shipments.

    Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

    HOW WILL YOU PACK OUR EQUIPMENT?

    Sunspeed’s experienced team of in-house engineers are experts in how best to pack and relocate sensitive IT / technical equipment. They will manage the movement of your high value IT assets using our custom-built anti-static flight cases alongside personal IT crates which are great for IT peripherals. Monitors and PC’s are carefully packed using anti-static bubble-wrap before being loaded into our flight cases. Server lifters and stair walkers are used to ensure safe and smooth transportation. And everything is labelled and tracked.

    WILL OUR EQUIPMENT BE INSURED?

    As standard, Sunspeed offers Freight Liability Insurance based on the RHA 2009 Terms & Conditions at GBP 1,300 per tonne. If increased cover is required, Sunspeed is able to provide All Risk Goods in Transit Insurance. Our Goods in Transit Insurance is one of the most comprehensive policies on the market. We are able to provide Goods in Transit insurance cover with no single item limits.

    DO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMS?

    In addition to our own teams and vehicles, we also have a global network of logistics partners. We will coordinate your project from end to end including management of the customs process if shipping internationally.
