    WHY SUNSPEED?

    Safe and Secure – At Sunspeed, all operating personnel are Security Cleared, and strict security protocols and processes are enforced to ensure the safe decommissioning and removal of redundant hardware and other assets. Cost effective recycling or certificated data destruction can also be processed and managed in accordance with the WEEE directive.

    Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

    DO YOU OFFER REPORTING & CERTIFICATION?

    Of course! For assets processed off-site, we will submit an ‘Asset Report’ for approval prior to any data being destroyed or chassis and components being broken down for IT recycling. For any data-bearing devices processed on-site, we will issue this report retrospectively.

    You are then issued with a Certificate of Data Destruction (CODD) to confirm your data has been destroyed and/or a Recycling Confirmation Certificate (RCC) to confirm your non data-bearing assets have been recycled or re-purposed. You can be safe in the knowledge that we have it all covered for you.

    HOW SECURE IS SUNSPEED ASSET RECOVERY?

    Very! All our engineers are security cleared, we can use padlocks and anti-tamper seals on flight cases for additional assurance, and we operate a fleet of top of the market vehicles fitted with multi-level security features:

    • All our vehicles are hard sided, with sealed cargo areas.
    • Cargo areas are locked by additional deadlocks.
    • All vehicles have GPS tracking, with client log in via portal.
    • All vehicles have panic buttons which can be programmed to notify stakeholders
