We offer two different types of Smart Hands service:
Scheduled Maintenance
Instead of coming to site to complete ad hoc tickets as they are raised, we will visit site on regular and planned days of the week / month / quarter depending on the size of your environment and how many BAU tasks you might expect over a given time period. On each visit to site we will complete a batch of your physical BAU tasks – working in priority order. Scheduled maintenance is resourced with 2 x Sunspeed engineers and is charged by the ‘day’.
Responsive Support
This service is designed to help teams get ‘important tasks’ done quickly. We will complete tasks within 72 ‘business hours’ of the ticket being logged in our system. Responsive support tickets are resourced with 1 x Sunspeed engineer and is charged by the ‘on-site hour’. There is a £500 per calendar month spend commit for this service.
Our ‘smart hands’ services are typically contracted under a Master Services Agreement. This allows the service to be delivered with more flexibility – without having to rely on a Purchase Order to be raised ahead of each visit to site.
