Our Data Centre Migration process has three main elements: The Physical Relocation, Technical Project Management, and Project Delivery Management. We take control of all the major workstreams to deliver a unified project; managing the technical design, project planning, through to managing the project governance and co-ordinating third-parties to ensure a seamless transfer of physical equipment and applications.

We conduct a comprehensive audit of your current environment, recording detailed information about devices and tracing cables from end-to-end, providing you with a complete view of your environment.
Structured Cabling
Sunspeed can deliver the structured cabling design and installation to make your environment ready. Taking responsibility for these elements alongside the relocation provides a cohesive and integrated project.
Infrastructure Design
Our standard Infrastructure Design package includes: Delivery rack elevations and patching schedul. Our enhanced service includes: Structured cabling design, as-well as Capacity and environment planning.
Security
Our vehicles come with multi-level security features, and our engineers have security clearances. We operate to ISO 27001 and employ physical security measures: chain of custody, anti-tamper seals, and GPS tracking.
Specialist Relocation
Our experienced engineers will work efficiently to de-rack and securely pack your equipment, which will be loaded onto it-spec vehicles for secure transport. At the delivery site, your equipment will be unpacked and installed.
Equipment Cabling
We will conduct a pre-cable, patching as many cables as possible ahead of an equipment relocation to minimise the migration window. On the day of the relocation we will also manage the connect & dress of cables into devices

We will help you take control of your envionment though: managing your DCIM, implementing change control processes, managaing IMAC, and discovering risks and providing advisories to ensure your evironment is optimised.
Data Destruction
You may also have the requirement to securely dispose of data-bearing assets. We can provide HDD/SSD Shredding, data wiping, de-gaussing, off-site or on-site using our specialist shred truck.
White Space Delivery
If moving into a new environment, we can support by designing and delivering the lighting, cooling, rack & aisle containment, and structured cabling to make it ready to recieve equipment.
