Sunspeed’s Data Centre Design & Build service enables organisations to create or upgrade critical infrastructure environments with confidence. We manage the entire process from initial consultancy and specification through to physical build, commissioning and handover.
Our delivery includes all core elements of the white space environment: aisle containment, server and network racks, structured cabling, cable management, PDUs, power and lighting, false flooring, environmental monitoring and access control systems. Every installation is executed to a high standard of finish, with usability, safety and serviceability designed in from the start.
DESIGN & SPECIFICATION
Development of layouts, rack plans, containment and cabling strategies, airflow design, capacity planning and supporting documentation tailored to the infrastructure use case.
PHYSICAL BUILD
Complete delivery of the technical space including containment, racking, structured cabling, power distribution, PDUs, lighting, false flooring, access control and environmental monitoring.
HANDOVER
Validation of the built environment against specification, with full documentation, snagging resolution and readiness for deployment or relocation of hardware.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Fully documented on or off-site data destruction including shredding, de-gaussing or software wiping. Certificate of Data Destruction provided for compliance.
