Whether your data-bearing assets are processed on or off-site, we track all equipment creating an 'Asset Report' and providing all certification.

For assets processed off-site, we will submit an 'Asset Report' for approval prior to any data being destroyed or chassis and components being broken down for IT recycling. For any data-bearing devices processed on-site, we will issue this report retrospectively.

We issue a Certificate of Data Destruction (CODD) to confirm your data has been destroyed. We issue a Recycling Confirmation Certificate (RCC) to confirm your non data-bearing assets have been recycled or re-purposed.

    WHY SUNSPEED?

    Safe and Secure – At Sunspeed, all operating personnel are Security Cleared, and strict security protocols and processes are enforced to ensure the safe decommissioning and removal of redundant hardware and other assets with Asset Reports and full certification issued.

    Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.
