    Project Coordination – No matter the size or scope, a dedicated project coordinator is assigned to all projects. As the main point of contact whilst a project is in delivery, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating site surveys, scheduling, briefing the engineering teams and organising the logistics.

    HOW WILL YOU PACK OUR EQUIPMENT?

    We will manage the movement of your high value IT assets using our custom-built anti-static flight cases alongside personal IT crates which are great for IT peripherals. Monitors and PC’s are carefully packed using anti-static bubble-wrap before being loaded into our flight cases. Everything is labelled so that the correct equipment is positioned on the correct desk at the new office.

    CAN SUNSPEED MOVE MY OFFICE FURNITURE?

    Yes. We focus on moving IT equipment but we do partner with a number of furniture removals companies. We will coordinate and manage the furniture teams so you will only have a single point of contact within our operations team for everything.

    CAN YOU MOVE OUR SERVERS TOO?

    As an IT relocation company we deliver many server relocation projects between office and Data Centre locations every day of the week. We can also manage the safe migration of your server equipment / IT Racks – not only can we manage the physical move, we can also take on auditing, project management and cabling duties to give you a joined up ‘end to end’ service.
