Security

Our vehicles come with multi-level security features, and our engineers have industry standard security clearances. We also offer chain of custody paperwork, anti-tamper seals, and flight-case/vehicle padlocks.

Specialist Resources

We operate a white-glove service designed to minimise physical risk. We use IT-spec vehicles with air-ride suspension, and pack & transport equipment in flight cases with anti-static packing materials. 

End-to-end Service

We provide a comprehensive end-to-end Data Centre Relocation service, auditing, pre-cabling, decommissioning, relocating and installing equipment. We also support the design of destination infrastructure.

Our Options

1 – Collect & Deliver

This is our most basic package for IT transport, where we will collect & deliver devices.

This service doesn’t involve any IT engineering activities but we still follow the key processes that make our logistics services safe and secure:

  • IT-spec vehicles with multi-level physical security measures incl. anti-tamper seals, padlocks and alarm systems.
  • Chain of custody paperwork and GPS tracking.
  • Security cleared engineers to DV level, and ISO27001 information management.
  • Specialist packing and equipment to navigate logistical challenges.

2 – De/re-racking

We have an in-house team of Data centre engineers experienced in handling a variety of devices.

At this service level, we will de-rack devices and pack into specialist flight cases for transport, we will also re-rck devices at the destination site.

All projects will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will oversee your requirement from order to delivery and work closely with you to ensure the transport is timely and efficient.

 

3 – End-to-End

This is our comprehensive relocation package including specialist IT transport, de/re-racking of equipment and cabling.

The process incudes:

  • Full hardware & end-to-end cable trace audit to capture base data.
  • Infrastructure design including rack elevation, patching schedules and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Structured cabling design & install.
  • Migration planning and relocation runbook.
  • Pre-cabling.
  • Relocation, Connect & Dress and Handover Support.
