On-site Data Destruction

Our on-site Data Destruction service is designed to deliver you reliability and security, so you can meet your data protection obligations and protect your business from risk.

We can provide shredding, wiping and de-gaussing services in our mobile shred truck, so documented and certificated disposal can take place in front of your eyes.

We’ll work with you to design a solution that works for you: a one-off disposal to clear a backlog, or a scheduled ongoing support to prevent build-up and minimise risk.

Our Process

Step 1 – Engage

 

One of our specialists will be in touch to discuss your requirement. Based on your regulatory framework, the size and frequency of data destruction, we will design a solution that works for you.

 

We can offer on, and off, site data destruction on a one off or scheduled basis covered under an managed services agreement.

 

Once we’ve worked with you to scope your requirement, we’ll provide a comprehensive quote.

Step 2 – Inventory

 

We will conduct an audit of your assets, recording serial numbers for validation against your inventory.

 

If Off-Site destruction is required, we would then package and securely transport assets to our ITAD facility using IT-spec vehicles with multi-level security features operated by SC cleared engineers.

 

Step 3 – Data Destruction

 

Once the inventory is approved, our mobile shred-truck attends site to carry out destruction to your specification:

 

– Data wiping using Blancco/Certus

– HDD shredding to 6mm

– SSD shredding to 2mm

Step 4 – Certification

 

Our process will provide you with a Certificate of Data Destruction (CoDD) to ensure you’re meeting your obligations, as-well as a Recycling Confirmation Certificate (RCC) to certify that the resulting waste from destruction activities is disposed of responsibly and in accordance with WEEE regulation.
