Sunspeed delivered a data centre relocation of 45 x devices in Tokyo, Japan. We implemented a full end-to-end solution including a hardware and end-to-end cable trace audit, pre-cable, relocation and connect & dress, as-well as a Technical Project Management overlay. Our team delivered key Technical Design deliverables including the design of source and destination rack plans and patching schedules and management of our bespoke infrastructure planner tool. We successfully navigated numerous challenges including cable mapping issues and shifting timescales.
