The Operational Readiness Phase takes the baseline and moves the needle to align with an agreed, enhanced position, enabling a successful managed service or a low-risk change programme.
In this phase, vulnerabilities are remediated, inefficient processes are redesigned and re-deployed, the CMDB is reconciled, process maturity is reviewed, and the estate is evaluated against your objectives. It delivers clear standard operating procedures, accurate DCIMs, defined plans for remediation work, and a comprehensive handover package to support ongoing management efforts.
