DEVICE DECOMMISSION
De-installation and removal of equipment from current site. From single devices to entire environments.
DATA DESTRUCTION
On and off-side destruction of data-bearing assets including hard-drive shredding, data wiping and de-gaussing.
RECYCLING
WEEE compliant recycling of assets, supporting compliance and ESG requirements.
REPORTING
Our process is fully documented and certificated including inventory reporting, CoDD and RCC.
OUR PROCESS
Our asset disposal process enables you to dispose of redundant assets with confidence, from a single device to an entire data centre environment. The service includes:
- De-installation of devices from their current environment.
- Inventory reporting and submission for approval.
- Data destruction including on/off-site shredding, data wiping and de-gaussing. Includes issue of Certificate of Data Destruction (CoDD).
- WEEE compliant recycling and issue of Recycling Confirmation Certificate (RCC).
- Remarketing of assets with residual value with rebate options.
