A UK-based professional services organisation engaged us to support a multi-site workplace consolidation programme. The objective was to reduce operational expenditure, align office footprint with real occupancy, and enable flexible working without disrupting day-to-day operations.

.We designed and delivered a phased workplace transformation plan focused on consolidation, reuse of assets, and accurate alignment to current occupancy.

Key elements included:

  • Detailed pre-move planning and asset validation

  • Floor-walking support to stabilise users post-move

  • Close coordination with third-party furniture providers

The approach prioritised reuse of existing equipment, reducing unnecessary spend on new hardware while maintaining a consistent user experience.

Phase 1 – Regional Office to Flexible Workspace

  • Single-day disconnect and relocation of 33 fully equipped workstations.

  • Monitors, docking stations, and a shared printer redeployed.

  • Post-move floor-walking support provided to ensure user readiness.

Phase 2 – Regional Office Decommissioning to Storage

  • Decommissioning of surplus workstations.

  • Assets securely packed and transferred to central storage.

  • Enabled future redeployment rather than disposal.

Phase 3 – Office Reconfiguration and New Desk Deployment

  • Coordination with furniture installation partner.

  • Delivery and deployment of 81 curved ultrawide monitors with integrated docking.

  • Desk-side setup, testing, and user support.

  • Full removal of packaging to leave the site operational and clean.

Phase 4 – Consolidation to London Hub

  • Decommissioning of flexible workspace assets.

  • Retrieval of stored equipment.

  • Delivery of boxed workstations to a central London office for future use.
