Sunspeed was engaged by a financial services organisation to provide Smart Hands support across their UK data centres. We provided the client with responsive on-site engineering to support their teams with resolving layer 1 issues or handling Installs, Moves, Adds or Changes (IMAC). This enabled the customer to take greater control of their geo-dispersed environments, and ensure that their in-house teams were focused on delivering on strategic initiatives.
