As we begin 2026, we wanted to take a moment to share a short update on the previous year at Sunspeed and our plans moving forward.
This year has been about change. We’ve focused on strengthening the foundations of the business so we can deliver more consistently, scale with confidence, and make working with Sunspeed more seamless and strategic.
New ownership in 2024 saw us gain significant investment that bolstered our businesses’ heritage as one of the UK’s leading physical IT services providers. In 2025 we realised this opportunity with outstanding growth and new processes that improved our service delivery and customer experience.
IN REVIEW
Last year saw our biggest year of growth. We onboarded a number of strategic customers and implemented larger and more complex solutions, including our biggest deal yet!
We made big changes in our ways of working across the business. We made alterations to many of our key processes, all with the purpose of making the customer experience better from project conception through to completion. Changes in the designing and pricing of solutions has enabled an easier transition from planning to implementation and reduced customer procurement and pre-sales admin. Then team has stepped up to the plate and taken on the challenge with grace and a real dedication to making it work.
As part of our continuous investment in people, we’ve also been instituting formal training programmes to upskill and support career development. Through empowering our people to leadership, we’re building the management that will enable our next stage of growth. This is key to supporting out growing headcount. The sales, delivery and technical teams have expanded with talented people joining our business to help our ambitious growth plans.
Our service offering also grew to become more comprehensive and aligned to customer needs. We now have a portfolio of services that form a cohesive proposition that introduces reliability, security, and standards into IT infrastructure operations. From deployment, to management, through change initiatives and into end-of-life, our solutions cover the full lifecycle of IT hardware and environments.
LOOKING AHEAD
We will continue to build stronger partnerships, both internally and externally. We have exciting growing relationships with major players in the IT Channel and Data Centre market, with our services being delivered to a growing range of end-customers across industries.
Our geographical scope will expand as we enter new markets. 2025 saw us work in data centre, hybrid, and edge environments across EMEA, APAC and NA; as we build relationships with global organisations, the demand for our services internationally will increase.
The direction of the data centre industry will also influence how we deliver. The AI infrastructure boom and the edge environment drive will see us extend our extensive experience in infrastructure management to create bespoke solutions enabling customer strategy.
We want to thank you for your partnership over the past year. IT infrastructure is at the heart of organisations in every sector, from powering the delivery of life-saving care, to running the financial systems that keep our economy running. We are proud to have been able to support you innovate and grow, and we look forward to the coming year and the challenges and opportunities it will bring.
