Last month Sunspeed successfully completed a relocation project spanning from Guernsey to Gibraltar.
Sunspeed were approached by one of the leading online gambling companies to assist them in moving their main servers that handle their EMEA operations from their Disaster Recovery site in Guernsey to their brand new state of the art facility in Gibraltar. The equipment consisted of two populated racks each weighing in excess of 800kgs, due to the sensitive nature of the data on the servers they had to be transported in one of our secure vehicle’s and delivered then installed as soon as physically possible, we had over 1200 miles to cover and we successfully delivered the equipment in within two days including Customs Clearance, getting our client back up and running without disruption to their business operations.
